A Centre of Excellence with ISOE status by Merseta has been established. Learners from Defy Appliances, Gud Fitters and Bloxwich are doing a Learnership NQF Level 3: Tool, Jig and Die Making. There also Apprentices doing Tool, Jig and Die Making.

Zakhe Agricultural College

This is Private Agricultural College registered by the Department of Education. Our NCV: Primary Agriculture, Level 2 and Level 3, learners do their practical activities (i.e. crops and animals farming) at Zakhe Agricultural College.

UMdoni Municipality

The Municipality and Coastal KZN College are together closing skills gap in the area of Scottburgh. A Skills Centre has been established and has taken learners for training.

CKD Consultant and Coastal KZN College established this partnership to combine their expertise in the area of Civil Trades training. We are working in a number of initiatives.

KZN Soccer Academy : The KZN Office of the Premier and Coastal KZN FET College are in partnership to develop youth soccer in the Province. The KZN soccer Academy will be established to identify and develop football talent.

DoL Training: Coastal KZN FET College is accredited by the Department of Labour to train unemployed people anywhere in KZN Province. This training equips the local unemployed labour force with technical skills to enable them to partake in the community construction projects organized by the local Municipality and the Department of Public works.
